Welcome to NaviPos ResellerHub. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NaviPos, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. License Agreement

NaviPos grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the software in compliance with applicable laws
• Report any security vulnerabilities immediately
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the pricing plan selected. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all licenses will be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

NaviPos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
